FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sir Tony is Professor of Cancer Biology at the University of Cambridge. He is a pioneer in the field of epigenetics, following a highly successful career as a cancer researcher at the Gurdon Institute. Through his research, and a company he founded (Storm Therapeutics), a drug is currently in phase II clinical trials against cancer. Tony is the director and co-founder of the Milner Therapeutics Institute at the University of Cambridge, which drives academia/industry collaborations to progress therapies. As a serial entrepreneur, Tony is a co-founder of Abcam plc, a research reagents company, and two drug discovery companies, Chroma and STORM Therapeutics and the venture builder, Vellos. He is the founder of a cancer charity in Spain, (Vencer el Cancer) and a Venture Partner with the Fifty Years, a San Francisco-founded investor. He was knighted for “Services to Healthcare Innovation and Delivery”.

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
François is Professor of Cancer Epigenetics at the University of Brussels and Director of the Laboratory of Cancer Epigenetics. He previously served as Director of the university's Cancer Research Center, fostering collaboration between researchers and clinicians across disciplines. A pioneer in epigenetics, studying how changes to DNA and RNA control how genes work, his research has transformed our understanding of how cancers develop and respond to treatment. Following a PhD at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge, he established an internationally recognised research programme in cancer epigenetics. As both a scientist and entrepreneur, François co-founded EPICS Therapeutics to translate discoveries in RNA epigenetics into new cancer medicines. The company's lead programme has now entered clinical trials in cancer patients. Overall, his career combines scientific discovery and entrepreneurship with a strong commitment to turning science into healthcare innovation.
